Alton Towers.

we used to hate alton towers, thorpe park etc as in those days (pre-fast track) you spent all day in queues for any of the popular rides. not exactly value for money.

Yes, we were beginning to feel it was atrocious value. One trip (a year ago) we managed to get on 4 rides total. 4 rides!!
The wait that day for Nemesis was "on the board" at 90 minutes and ended up being 1 hr 45.

I shall NEVER, EVER go again without fastrack and early ride. Simply not worth it.

Alton Towers has been downright slagged off on the internet by folks who took a family (£100s worth) and spent the whole day queueing to get on rides. I'd imagine complaining is just water off a duck's back. Eventually, most people will pre-book and fastrack so then everyone will lose out.
