3 hours is quickI always use Johnny Trigg 3-2-1 method, the meat is fall off the bone if that's what you prefer

Do the Farm Foods ribs have the membrane on them that requires removal? Do you recommend removing it?
Thanks, have I got it right that it’s just on the back of the ribs (the bony side) and you can just cut across and peel it off, fairly easily?They have the membrane on there. You can choose to remove it or not. Personally I remove.
