Any recommendations for where to get a rack of ribs, I’m thinking Morrisons, or is butcher the best place….
Also wet or dry rub for them..

Farmfoods if you have one nearby, they do huge packs of St Louis Ribs for about £10, amazing ribs.
Morissons ribs are good for learning with but they're a bit on the skinny side and you need to be careful with timing as they dry out quickly.
I always slather them in a thin film of American mustard then add my rub, I usually go for Angus and Oink (I'm using The General at the minute) but Tubby Toms makes some great rubs as well. Morissons also do some cracking rubs in the spice section, well worth a look 👍

2 racks bought and only £20.
I’m assuming defrost overnight then cook the next day.
I’m going to smoke them using the 3,2,1 method 😀

I always use Johnny Trigg 3-2-1 method, the meat is fall off the bone if that's what you prefer 🤤

Tried this a couple of weeks ago, little bit hotter and faster and I think it's my go to technique now.
