AG Exchange Policy

Looking to exchange a 24 pack of Chromesofts

Bought them on the 30th of December but haven't used them yet, still brand new in the box

I have emailed American Golf to see if an exchange would be possible but got no response. There policy only allows 30 days but has anyone done this outwith the 30 day window?

I am hoping it will just be at the shops discretion and there won't be any issues.

I would be happy to sell them but it's the postage costs that would be the issue.

I honestly have no idea how much it would be to send them with some sort of tracking so I can be sure they arrive safely

MyHermes do tracked delivery for £8ish. Give them a google. Never let me down and I have sent a few clubs with them.
 
American golf can be very picky with stuff like this tbh, Iv had problems with them in the past with stuff la lot more pricey than golf balls.
Nothing lost by just going in and asking them though.
 
All depends on the Manager or Staff in store - my local one would but then I have given them £'s recently in new sales (though it has only cost me £100's)
 
easy fix. buy another 2 boxes on your card. use the receipt to take back to another ag. then take your other 2 boxes back to the shop with no receipt but show them your statement
