According to the 'Ping' putter app on the iPhone I have a strong arc so should use a toe balanced putter, however I like the look/feel and weight of some of the face balanced putters but short of trying about 100 different putters with toe/mid/face balance on artificial surfaces I wondered if anyone else who isn't a straight-back-and-through putter has any tried and tested recommendations for something stable thats face balanced, or a toe balanced one thats more solid and heavier than standard ones out there?

Long shot I know but trying to narrow down the shortlist. Ping would have sorted me out today if I'd been chosen as its the weakest part of my game and more easily fixed then other areas.

Great app Darth which I use more than I thought I would.

Don't know if this helps but I use my feet as a guide and focus on them rather than the ball. This also stops me lifting my gaze to follow the ball after the stroke which was causing me to jab at it.
