I am getting a Worcester Greenstar Danesmoor [18/25 I believe] utility boiler and flue [through the roof sort] fitted and wondered if 'not more than' £3k was a reasonable cost.
Getting a written quote and not confirmed order yet.

Thanks

I just asked my plumber mate, he said that's a fair price, the boiler itself cost about £1700.00, add on the flu , pipe work and labour . so just about right.

Thanks for that.

It is a pretty simple installation but I thought the price was fair.
The guy is local so quite keen to give him the business.

Sods Law.
We are spending the summer doing up our house after doing it up 17 years ago when we moved in.
Thought our boiler would last for a couple of more years but decided we might as well do it now as the flue needed replacing.

Now I am waiting for the washing machine, fridge and freezer to go phutt.
