I played Scotscraig today, (Lovely course) and the Local Rules printed on the scorecard states:-
"7. Bunker Faces - The face of a bunker that consists of stacked turfs is deemed to be a closely mown area. (Rule 25-2 refers)". This is the first time that I can recall seeing this in print.
