Played my first 9 holes since my heart attack this afternoon. Bit tired and achy now, but it was soooooo good to be on the course again. Absolutely loved it.

Got stuffed by my colleague, but I was quite pleased with the way I played. Short game touch was woeful, but the rest was respectable (for me anyway).

Can feel I'm gonna be hurting tomorrow tho. ;-)

Assume you had the all clear from your cardiologist etc. Take it easy and slowly but welcome back to the course

Yip, had the cardiac rehab, the follow up with the consultant, and got a "respectable" and "reassuring" in an exercise tolerance test. (And ever single person from the first paramedic to the final nurse in the tolerance test was absolutely brilliant - love each and every one of them).

Nice and steady now, but golf is most definitely good exercise for me now.
