Just like to say a big thanks to all the guys I played with over the weekend. Being new to the forum and didn’t know anyone I was made very welcome.

Crawford, Clarky and Alistair at Spey Valley. A great day and great company despite the weather.

Dave, Steve and Ian at Castle Stuart, great weather, great course and great company.

Anthony, Anthony and Anthony at Boat of Garten, great bunch of guys and had a great day. Sorry for not stopping long had to get back to let the dog out as she had been on her own in the house since 8am.

Anyone is interested in a trip back up later in the year when the weather is better let me know I could probably sort out some other courses and some name tags for Smiffy.

Thanks again

Don't know how this ended up on reviews, was posted on the lounge.

I didin't lose any played with the same ball from all round Castle Stuart, Dornoch and Boat

Hey, never said any thing about Spey Valley, only that i had uses the same ball for Castle Stuart, Royal Dornoch and Boat of Garten.

I'm bloody useless at names.

And keeping hold of your side orders ;)

Although if there was a 100 meter dessert dash you'd beat a certain Mr Bolt every time!

Cheers for the company and local knowledge Patrick (although that tip about the gorse was ruddy useless) shame I forgot it was golf we were playing!
