9/11 10 years on

not sure what your saying there Chris. Loose Change was an independant film not made by Channel 4 and it was the first of many but it identifies the fundamental questions that need to be asked.

Why is there a 14ft hole in the pentagon when it was supposed to be hit by a jumbo jet?
Why are some of the hijackers still alive?

and most of all why did building 7 fall like a controlled demolition? Dont even bother slagging me off until you know the answers.

15 minute documentary here:

2 questions/statements.

1. I never slagged you off
2. did you even read my last reply?

I said the people behind it were morons and they were being interviewed by a crew that was making a documentary FOR c4.

still need the rolling eyes smilie.

Yes could have been worse. I'd forgotten that another plane taken by terriorists on the day was "won" back by some very brave passengers. Sadly the plane was still lost due to the fight onboard but came down in the middle of nowhere.

There's a film called United 93 that tells the story has anyone seen this? I dont know if they will showing this but will keep a look out.

Absolutely tremendous film. I'd recommend watching it.

Great, this film is on tonight on ITV 11pm. A must see even though it will be quite harrowing.

Went to the top of the towers in 1993 a few months after that earlier bombing attempt so I couldn't get outside at the top but remember the views well.
Was in Carlisle on 9/11, back from work early and watched it unfold. Strong memory of the second plane hitting, truly shocking and the fog of dust moving through the streets was creepy.

I was working for an American Investment bank in 2001 in an office above St Pauls tube station.

Someone in the office shouted out that an airplane had gone into one of the twin towers. Like others we thought some wally had driven a cessna into it. We were wrong.

A very strange thing happened then - our company disabled our access to the internet.. :D

So, we went to the pub to watch the live feeds there.

I don't think I've ever felt so many emotions in such a short space of time. The main one being fear.

The following days revealed that Cantor Fitzgerald (an American Investment bank) had lost their entire American operations - truly shocking!! Pretty much an entire company wiped out in a matter of minutes.

We then heard stories of London staff talking to our American colleagues who were based in the twin towers when the planes hit. Quite possibly the worst phone call ever!!

A terrible day for humanity.

RIP all the victims.

Peace please.

Like everyone I remember where I was on that day. I was in the security guards hut on our site and couldn't believe my eyes. When I got home I screamed to the wife a second plane had hit and she thought it was a recording of the first. I will always remember the sound of the firemens personal alarms going off in the dust cloud.
