3rd week in a row I've watched USPGA Tour golf and......

I prefer watching the US stuff just because there's more crowds and more characters, the European stuff often looks like 4 guys and 12 spectators and someone who was walking their dog who just happened to be there... obviously the main group in Abu Dabi this week is going to have a decent crowd tracking their round, which made a pleasant change.

Funnily enough I watch golf for the golf not to see who's watching the golf.Each to their own.

I record a lot of the golf so that I can whizz over the ad breaks and all the faffing around lining up putts.

The pace of play is hideous, only slightly faster than evolution. The last time I played, we were standing on the 4th tee 1 hour after we teed off, and finished after 6 hours in pitch darkness. I teed off with a new Taylor Made driver, but by the time I got back to the car, it was 2 generations out of date.

Couldn't have been that slow if only two generations out of date lol.

Only thing that puts me off watching the PGA Tour is the number of ad breaks. A bit of a breeze should make it interesting for them tonight?
