I currently have a Callaway RazrFit Driver which has a .350 tip size. If I was to buy a second shaft for it, that was .335 tip with a ferrule, would this still fit into the head?

Yep. A shim will do the trick.
Much harder to go the other way - a .350 shaft into a .335 bore. Either the bore needs to be reamed, or the shaft reduced (which can weaken it). More of a problem with a .370 shaft!
