2's POT

Unfortunately not

I also turned down the chance to buy a Srixon Cabretta glove for £13.95.....!!!
( I recently paid £19 for 3 online , or normally £9-10 in most shops )

Support your local pro they say
That's a disgrace, the lad at our place offers price match!

i always thought 2's were divided amongst winners. Certainly our are 100% amongst winners.

Comp money has a small % taken for running costs but not the 2's

Sorry Brian been out .. yea but as Fundy said below our are paid as vouchers for the shop , so each week its the same as customers paying full retail for stuff

a lot of places do the 2s sweep through the shop and buy balls or pro shop vouchers from the pro with the money rather than paying out cash, obviously pro makes some profit on the balls

Ours is the same as many others already posted, £1 in and pot split between those making a 2, added to your pro shop account.

I sort of can and can't see the logic behind choosing not to enter, but I see it more as the done thing to enter it.
If I looked at it on the basis of whether or not I was going to profit then I might also decide not to enter any stableford comps and just have a knock up with mates instead.

I usually put into 2s as a wee bit of something to look forward to if round has gone for a burton early on.
Agree, though I always enter the twos, as if I didn't that would be the week I got one. Adds a bit of interest to the round, and with five par threes on the course it should be easy to get one, shouldn't it ?

I do think if you get a two on our 15th you should get a bigger share of the pot.:mmm:;)
