Not sure that 118golf are the only ones with delivery issues at the moment. Had a delay in receiving goods from a usually very rapid company that I use regularly. When I chased it up the comment was that they were busier at this time of year. What, you mean that your orders for golf gear increase in the summer, well I never....
Basically they do not increase their staffing levels depending on season so delays, as far as they are concerned, are inevitable during the summer. Makes no sense to me.
