Would be scratch same as other numbers 0.5 thru 1.4 is 1 when you move to next 0.5 it's up one. All rounded up as mentioned above

my regular alliance partner for last couple years has just turned pro of plus 2,gone on euro pro tour, he used to say to me remember all you got do is par stroke index 18 , i used to feel the pressure on that hole
