Not the greatest of known golf retailers I know, but have just picked up a trolley for a fiver from M&S, reduced from £30.

It has score card, bottle and ball holder and is fairly solid.

Not sure if anyone is on the look out for a trolley but for £5 may be worth it as a spare!

Ahhhh, good old M&S. No wonder there strugling, with all this crap there importing from China. My mum this christmas got me the mandatory M&S golf gifts. The tee bag or should I say pouch full of wooden tee's is ok, but the club brushes and the horrid little device you stick on the end of your putter to pick the ball up are rubbish.......wonder how many other people got these gifts.

Me!!! exactly what I got from the mother-in-law, plus a water bottle full of plastic tees and four plain, unmarked golfballs.

Got the trolley though, even if it only lasts a year it'll do.

Mate of mine gave me a pair of the club brushes as a "thank you" for picking him up a SkyCaddie from AG for £97.00 the other week. I didn't have the heart to throw them away in front of him

whose fault is this, theirs or yours for your failure to educate?

mine (from my kids) were a nuts and bolts model of a golfer (could appear as a trophy near you); the ubiquitous multi-tool (G knows what all the bits are for); a book of 'humorous' golfing trivia; a bright red 'pringle style' patterned jumper (I don't wear jumpers though I shall now have to wear this once, but only on a far away day - Goswick be prepared!); and a 'Potty Putter' game (which speaks for itself). mea maxima culpa

No golf rubbish for me this Christmas but I picked up a brand new Callaway BB driver on Ebay for £51 plus p&p. It has just arrived. Will try it out at seniors rollup tomorrow.

These were being sold on the German markey in Leeds pre Christmas.

Fortunatly I had commented in front of a mate that I thought the place was full of useless tat - he had planned on buying one for me!!!

Instead I got at door stop...I mean book with 365 golf facts in it

£5 for a trolley, great stuff, its worth it if you only get 3 months wear out of it. I got on for a tenner, drilled the plastic clip in axles and put metal bolt through (cant remove the wheels now) it folds up and works a treat and has done for 4 years so far. :D

My trolley just died so guess where I'm going tomorrow.

Even if it only gets me till summer its a few paydays down the line!!! (Not that I can use a trolley anywhere this time of year!!!)
