My plans are to play in as many of our Club comps as I can, Play in all the Interclub matches, Singles Stableford comp every Wednesday,at our place, and get in as many forum meets as I can on here, My Phone calendar is going to be busy,busy,busy.... Good Luck to you all for the coming...

I find the pro v1 works better on the greens in winter,and therefore keep my pro v1x for the summer rounds.....won't use any other balls,bit of a ball snob....;):)

Played at my Local Muni,went for a tinkle in the bushes, found a Ping Answer 2 Putter,with a snapped shaft,Asked our Pro at the time to Re-shaft it,£4 it cost,been in my bag ever since,will not use anything else, That was 1989...........

Hi Gang, Not been on the Forum for a wee while,Financial situation was not good,but back to give it another go, Enjoyed the Meets all over the Country,a couple of years ago,ie ,Goswick, Royal Ascot, Woodhall Spa,Forest Pines Etc, Looking forward to chatting and meeting up with Old and new alike...

Couple of years ago,was drawn against my best mate and mentor,he plays off scratch,me off 10,hit every fairway and green,I shook his hand,beat him 5 and 3 ,great moment for me....as its the only time i've beaten him in 20 odd years.....
