Not with TM, but I took a broken ping shaft in under warranty to AG and it took a just over a week, maybe nearly two. It took a little longer than they estimated. It might be an idea that once it's confirmed that TM will send a new one through to just ask AG to give you a new one off the shelf...

I think rule 13-2 stops you from improving the lie in an area you are about to drop a ball... So maybe not in my scenarios, but if you know you've hit it OB and drop where you are you can't replace the divot first... If you replace the divot and then find out it's OB you're ok... Happy to be...
