Zip replacements

I just got a bag off fleebay to replace my winter bag.. nice bag just one of the zips the bit that goes on the zip itself (a handle if you will.. or tag) has the rubber bit broken off.. anyone come across replacements for this? cant be the first person to have had to replace a zipper

they got back to me within 2 mins of tweeting them. just said the tags on my bag have gone where can I order replacements (attached a pic)

they asked me to follow them so they could send me a private message

10 mins later provided their customer service department with my address and they are posting some out

bought a titleist bag off the for sale part of the forum for the summer.. this is my winter bag however its so good it may end up being both.. carry bag that doesnt fall off a trolley!

Zippers arrived yesterday .. slightly different style but who cares fantastic service from titleist !

unfortunality one of the zips broke completely on the rain hood whilst repairing but others went fine. Never mind can work around it with its second zip

very impressed by titleist customer service
