I'd like to see the course around 6500-6700 yards. A friendly opening par 4 so you can get groups off quicker and not a potential card wrecker like our 229 yard par 3.
I'd like a nice 2 story clubhouse with a decent function room upstairs for societies, wedding etc with a nice comfy bar/restaurant for members downstairs. Top class practice facilities.
Ideally it would be a parkalnd course but with lots of trees making driving important but a fair test to allow you to get it round on "off" days. Decent bunkering, water hazards etc to give you something to think about on every shot and irrespective of which tees you use
Actually it sounds a bit like where HID works. Now if they incorporated rolling up as opposed to having to book times and we could be in business
