So if we had a system where every player in the field received suddenly 3 extra shots, you would suddenly have a major advantage and be guaranteed to win?

Not even a system that needs to be imagined, as this will be true with the system we have, at some courses (where CR is higher than Par).

I wonder if all the members of those clubs are rubbing their hands, thinking they all have a much better chance to win comps?
