Xfactor utter tosh

What he said.
Yes, they were very good, but there's something about Coldplay that is just deadly dull! There's always 2 or 3 good songs on their albums, but then the rest is just background music IMO. It's like they wanted to be Radiohead, but realised they weren't half as good!!Little Mix to be back working the pick-n-mix in 18 months..............!!

Anyhoo, why were the was the Highlights of the Golf not on Sky sports last night? European Tour Climax and highlights not on primetime.

They never show the highlights during "primetime" Because it's mostly been on during the day and takes up alot of the schedule, it's always shown later.

I recorded all 4 days live coverage but only watched the last day as I wanted to see Luke crowned. Epic finish, would have been awesome if he'd been able to pull off the double! Alvaro's Eagle on 18 was sublime though.

The biggest problem with X Factor is Monday morning at work when all the lemmings who watch it assume that you do as well and insist on boring the pants off you about it, AAAAAHHHHHH.

Everyone watches X Factor - that's a fact! How do I know? Because all those who say that they don't watch it can still name the acts who performed and will pass comment on their performance! :ooo:
Just for the record, Matt Cardle's latest song was written by Gary Barlow. Matt thanked Gary on one of the first live shows.
I do watch X Factor because my Wife and Daughter like it. It annoys me but what can I do? Last night's show was on for two hours! By the time it's finished, it's time for bed!
Also, what other options are there? Strictly Come Dancing? Really? Watching close to death Brucie limp through his woeful gags whilst watching Russell Grant throw his fat form around the dance floor? Crickey - it's X Factor everytime! :blah:
Our household never votes though - Cowell has enough money already.

Hate Bruce Forsyth with a passion - why the BBC haven't retired..........or had him put down.......is beyond me. Everytime a celebrity passes away, I find myself hoping that he will be one of the '3'!! Tess Daly must also find it a bit creepy having a virtual corpse half-groping here every Saturday evening (although to be fair it's probably better than that gurning idiot husband of hers!!)

The bit in bold, is what I fail to see a problem with. He co-wrote the rest of the songs on his album, id love Barlow to write me a song. A lot of artists don't write their own music and much of Take That's early stuff wasnt written by them. It's properly hard to write a song. It's such a pathetic argument 'oh, they didnt write that. They're not proper musicians', utter pish.

Slow down fella. I'm not slagging Cardle - I'm just correcting your statement that he writes all his own stuff.

The difference for me is that SCD has Ola Jordan to look at

Sorry chief, although it sounds like I was directly that at you, I wasn't, just people in general that think that you have to play an instrument and write your own songs to be a credible music artist. It really grinds my gears. /petergriffin

Didn't get into this years acts at all, but liked it last year . I thought Rebecca Ferguson was fabulous , she has just released a new album and it is very good , if you like her i'd recommend going to her website where she explains the inspiration behind a lot of songs. She has co written most of them . Very much in the same vein as Adele , drawing on personal experiences. A very talented lady who i think is only now starting to realise that herself

rly getting tired of it being a big competition between the judges, its not about them its about finding new talent! but ill still be back next year to watch it sighhhh
