Giving this event some consideration,never played links golf,has anybody any advice and or comments?

I've played them all apart from Heswall. Caldy is nice, Wallasey and Royal Liverpool are both superb. Is it still less than 3ton for 4 rounds?

Few guys from our club have played in it since its started and love it. Great courses and superbly organised. There is another one on the Southport coast aswell

I have booked the time off for this and I will be booking it in April. Cookelad has played in it before and said it was very good.

Don't know how much pressure id put on myself to want to get to the final on Friday at Royal Birkdale, what a treat!

Always fancied this but never been able to find enough time.
Accommodation wouldn't be a problem as I could stay with the In-Laws at Bromborough...
