Winter Mitts

Looking to purchase some mitts to assist with my first venture into winter golf. Any to recommend or to avoid - thanks!

I've got poor circulation and have the Titleist ones. Great magnetic cuffs and waterproof. When it gets really cold drop a hand warmer in each one. Works wonders.

Got the Titleist ones too. Can be a bit tricky to get on if your hands are wet, and the magnetic closure is not compatiable with wearing a watch. Other than that, they are fine.

Just bog standard Callaway mits... do the jobby just fine... also invest in a all weather glove too if you don't already have one. Oh I used to wear a pair of wind stopper's which were fleecey with leather grips, they were ok but prefer the mits and just remove before playing a shot then back on.

Surprise surprise I have a set of Ping ones!

Hard to believe that I would have Ping gloves but they work wonders for me, for a Scotsman, I'm a big poofta who feels the cold.

As Tiger says, add a hand warmer into each glove and its toast!

Pockets.....with hand warmers in, bit of a faff having to put gloves on after every shot....especially with the frequency I am currently enjoying

Also, if you angle the inside of the pocket you can warm 'the boys' as well

Another one with the Titleist ones with the magnetic cuffs.

I don't use the handwarmer thingies, so your hands need to be reasonably warm when you start wearing them. No good putting them on halfway round when you're half frostbitten already.

I don't know if they come in different sizes, but I have small hands and it's not easy getting the left one on over the normal glove if I can't be bothered to take it off.

Got a set of TM ones and do find them a bit of a pain but I'd rather have warm hands and an element of feel than freezing cold ones.

Like others I have the ping ones, it's funny as I've seen exactly the same mitts in ping calloway and tm so I can only assume one company made a big batch and labeled them for the above. Good mitts, I think I paid about £12 for mine

Isn't it amazing (or amuzing!) how may have them that go with their chosen brand of club, be it Ping, Titleist, TM, etc.
