Lovely view of the kilpatricks from my back garden, and they are white today
The closure wasn't due to snow,it was due to a jackknifed lorry.

the snow isn't that bad up here thankfully,i expect it to get muc hworse though.

Been a beautiful day in sunny Watford. Trouble is, I played yesterday, and as it is the turkey stakes you can only play one day.

Sunny here all weekend with double figure temperatures. Managed to get out both days to make the most of the weather. Just hope it holds for one more week as planning a big roll up for my birthday next week.

I cycled into work this morning and got caught in a rather heavy snow shower just before Kilbarchan.
Not as sore as last nights cycle home in a hail storm!

Went all the way to Dornoch to play today and all we got was one hole and two of the others didn't even find their drives due to using a white ball.
Weather not too bad all the way there, waiting in the carpark for the others to turn up, Hail then snow so the chapionship course was closed straight away, so we went on the struie. My playing partner and i had yellow balls and our oppo white and they couldn't find either drive. White out in 10 mins.
went back to Tain, fine there and played 10 holes.

Cool and showery here in old Bracknell town but no snow on the cards this week. Happy days although the wind and cold are set for tomorrow so the range may be a bit parky after work

Got a feeling the wait for the 7.20 to Reading might be a bit nippy tomorrow. Time to dig out the gloves and a scarf for the first time. Got an under armour in the bag for a quick change in work before hitting the range on the way home
