Over the past 5 years the one Comp I have wanted to win is the scratch matchplay Comp - each year i always seemed to face either the county or club champ in the semi well this year I beat them both in the quarter then semi and today won the 36 hole final to be the club Scratch Matchplay Champion

Question, I assume your scratch event has no handicap allowances but could obviously still be won with someone playing off 4, but doesn’t get any shots throughout the event.

Can players with -ve handicaps enter? Or is that spoiling the party?

Yep players with plus HC can enter - anyone with a HC of 12 and below can enter
