Just seen this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251012604554?ssPageName=STRK:MESCX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1557.l2649 and thought...hmmmm wouldn't mind a round with Charlotte!!
I'd happily partner Sophie Horn for a game of golf.
ha thats good that.
But i know this is a strange answere BUT i would like to have a round with myself, but not as my self. So i can watch how i play and decisions i make. When watching someone else i think if i would take on a shot they are about to play, but when standing over a ball i just go for it.
I just think it would be intesting to see my game from a different perspective where i am not directly involved with the shot.
this is a 100 percent true, long story short but friend of the family ended up playing a round with clint eastwood and tiger woods. total genuine, don't think you could beat that
I quite like playing with people who have great stories, so maybe botham, shearer, jack nicklaus, have been lucky enough to play with an Indian guy who is a retired surgeon at our place and he tells great stories as does an older friend of mine who was at uni during the troubles in Belfast.
I enjoy listening, find it relaxing and interesting, seems to help my game too.
you'r joking, here goes anyway
every year they go on a golfing holiday, think it was florida or some other exotic course.
they go for week and play as much they can, on this day they turn up to be told the tee off time they booked for is doubled booked and asked by the club if they wish to play on another day or hang about for cancellations etc.
they said they'd hang about for hour or so to see if anything comes available. about 15mins pass when member of staff comes to them and says the couple who booking mix up don't mind making a fourball. friends declined saying they rather not slow anyone up and prefer to play just as the 2 as they only there to enjoy the course and holiday.
next thing clint eastwood walks round and explains to them him and his partner don't mind tagging along with them as they were not competing for anything.
so ofcourse you can't refuse, they never realised it was tiger til they got to the tee lol shook hands at start and tiger never said a word the whole match until it was over. He explained he's not rude etc just don't talk much during play, get back to find tiger had paid for the couples fees for the week and covered their meal for the night. not a bad holiday. seen the pics too
Thanks but out of my range at the min lol
nah mate, was polite and stuff right enough, know how you talk s**** to your partner through the course. not with him, spoke away once they finished. must be in the zone i guess lol
