Big Phil is the obvious choice but Geoff Ogilvy looked the business in the SBS, i fancy him to contend in the majors this year, especially as he's such a good putter.
Hopefully Westwood can press for his first major, and I think Mcilroy, Soren Hanson, the tall Molinari brother and Kaymer will sneak top 5's in the majors also.
I would go for Sergio to come on to his game this year but Rory wont be far behind. Westwood hd a great finish to season last year and will be interseting to see if he can keep it up into the beginning of this year. As for Furyk and Mickelson i dont think furyks got the bottle and phil plays far too much to the crowd to be taken seriously in fact i would go as far as to say he acts like a total idiot
The No.1 is still Tiger, even though he may not play for a few months. If you are asking who will take the most advantage of his sabbatical, then hopefully it will be Westwood. He was playing the best golf prior to the Xmas break.
I reckon the player the others would least want to face in the last round of a major would be Padraig Harrington. He's got what it takes to win and intimidate opponents.
Lefty, but Westwood coming up on the rails.Have a feeling Ross Fisher could get into the top 5 this year.He plays well in the majors, and seem to have a great temperament.
