Which replacement spikes?

Evening all

Sorry for the really dumb question but I can't find the answer via Google.

I have ECCO cage Evo golf shoes (will try and post photo below).

I want to replaceme the spikes but have no tool to check what type I have. I've tried Google but I get q-lok listed on some sites and slim lock listed on others.... Which seem to be different.

So can anyone tell me which ones I should get?
