I'm starting to think that who ever won the Masters a lot on here would still have something to moan about!!! Tiger didn't win and thank god as a number of formers would have had heart attack and been brown bread now. A fantastic player has won the Masters in Scott and all I'm seeing is long putter this his Caddies a nob ect ect

Stop moaning and enjoy these big events!!!

A very rich knob and a very good caddy but yes he is a knob. Did Help pick a bad club on the 18th 1st playoff hole though but made up for it with the read on the winning hole.

Mainly off the back of a player he later racially abused.

Davey, did you damage your Tiger poster when you ripped it off your bedroom wall in a rage last night? ;):)

The best man won in the end, his score said so.

And as for long putters, they do not give an advantage, even pros like Cabrera think so. Evidence was that right through the masters those using the long putter could not long putt whereas those with a short putter could.

Sounds like you're only just beginning to understand the internet :).... it's where a guy can win the Masters by beating the best players in the world to get to 9 under par and still get dissed by a 20 h/capper who can't break 90 round his own 5,600yrd course on a sunny day :D

That is nonsense, there were two or three very positive threads on players in the top three.
The sporting nature of their game was also praised.

Good point, very good point.

It's easy to forget in all the negativity that there were some very sporting moments. Day congratulating Scott for the putt on 18 despite knowing he'd blown his own chances. Both Scott & Cabrera for their words about each other and respect they showed.

I'd rather remember this masters for the quality of golf by Scott & Cabrera when it matter and for the sporting conduct of both me, rather than some bitter feud over Woods, and i was very much a supporter of Woods remaining in the field.
