What's up with some folk

A couple of weeks ago I had a lesson as I was struggling with a part of my game.
anyway as with all lessons it ends up with here's the problem and this is how you solve it so off to the driving range.
so Tashyboy has spent more time up at the driving range in Mansfield than he can remember.
yesterday I went up with my lad and when I got my balls I looked up and noticed all the windows had been smashed. now I am no Poirot but it looked like someone had been hitting balls at the glass.
i went back into the shop and asked what had been going off.
the local village idiots had been up to the course with clubs and went onto the range and were hitting balls at the clubhouse and aiming them at the people playing on the range.
the club had CCTV footage and duly passed it onto the police. The police went round to said folks house and told them they had footage which they had not yet looked at and told said scrotes to stay away.
Said scrotes then promptly went round to the golf club shop and smacked an 18-20 yr old lad smashing/breaking his nose half way round his face.

So what's that all about ?

So what's that all about ?

Its because there's no real deterrent or fear factor for the penalty they would receive, they play the system and don't care about a few weeks in jail, if indeed they actually got that, although most prefer a few weeks or months in jail to that of community service!

It's because there are feral kids now that use ASBO and court appearances as badges of honour and there is sod all the police can do as their hands have been tied by the PC and human rights brigade. Personally I'd be looking at a prosecution if someone inflicted ABH especially if I have to take time off work and would be creating merry hell. Is it possible to take out private prosecutions for such incidents
