What's the ruling if two moving balls collide?

Player A is on the putting green and is putting towards the hole and simultaneously Player B chips from off the green - their balls collide on the putting surface.

The format was Individual Medal.

What is the ruling please?

Player A must replay the stroke made from the putting green. Player B must play his ball from where it came to rest.
No penalties involved if that is done.
