Whats the most important thing to take onto the squash court?

I remember those small headed rackets Dunlop Max Ply - they use to break regularly compared to rackets of today that last forever - racket head just tends to where down these days

Just for a bit of a laugh, I did the BBC website questionnaire which was designed to tell you which of the Commonwealth Games sports you are suited to. I answered all the questions honestly - even when my age was needed - and my number one and two sports were squash and badminton. As these were my two major sports during an RAF career, I was astounded. Bizarrely, boxing was in third place and I couldn't punch my way out of a paper bag. Good job golf is not included in the games or it could have been very embarrassing.

Mine was Hockey and rugby 7's - played hockey for 20 plus years before golf
