Exactly..... There was a incident one night around Christmas ,when the colors went funny. Was actually rubbing my hands at the prospect of a nice flat screen for the bedroom finally. Only to find the stubborn thing correct itself that following night

Put a pair of strong magnets, one of each end of the top of the tele and let the missus think it's finally giving up the ghost when the picture goes funny in those corners.

If you need a couple of really strong but small magnets take a hard drive apart there's a pair of them in there.
