Company. Poor company can spoil a good course/day. Nowt worse than sat in a bar/restaurant with a doorknob after spending the last xx hours with them.

Company and course.

Course could be the best in the world, but if the company is poor you aren’t going to enjoy it.

I go away every year with the same group of 20 guys and we may not play the best places in the country, but we have a chuckle for 3 days
