What's everyone doing with the bank holiday weekend.

Friday painting garage floor.

Saturday pairs 4BBB comp, then putting stuff back in garage.

Sunday getting stuff out of loft, cleaning it, and putting it in the garage.

Monday, would play golf but there is a mixed shotgun mobbing the course. Great. Happens every bank hol. Might try to sneak out later.

All the while watched over by the Mother in law, who has now moved in for good. It is like being stalked.

So instead, will be doing something 'useful'.

    be careful Murph

:( Not cool dude! I damaged mine playing American Football and couldn't lift weights or play for nearly a year. Couldn't lift my arm above parallel to the floor for nearly 3 weeks. Made getting dressed and showering interesting!

Even now it's not 100% and I have wonky shoulders to show for it.

Best of luck for a speedy recovery!

Thanks mate.

Sorry to hear that. What exactly did you do to yours? Did you tear it?

Physio said that I had probably just pulled mine and would be out for 2-3 weeks but said you cant tell without an xray and that there is a small chance I had torn it! Which would mean surgery
