What hc do you consider to be a good player?

Interesting to see that many agree that getting to single figures puts you in the "good" category.

Difficult to categorise. I would suggest 0-3 would be excellent, 4-8 is a good player, 9-14 decent, 15-20 average, 21-28 capable. Its perhaps unfair to label people solely on handicap alone though
