Post it here, then if it's utter garbage, you can be informed by fellow forummers, leaving you enough time to find a better replacment. ;)

Alternatively, if you haven't started shopping yet, steal the best ideas to minimise shopping time on Christmas Eve.

she wanted some new boots, so she got them, and as she has the ipad & ipod, i got her the apple-tv set up so she can used the big tele for watching any videos shes downloaded.

got stitched with the bracelet and a selection of charms for her birthday, while buying it i just kept thinking, "what a load of pish... thats a custom fit set of irons right there"

My wife wanted Pandora charms for her bracelet.

What the lady wants, the lady gets!

I walked in that shop, saw the price of a band made of leather or something with some beads on and promptly walked straight back out! Luckily my Mrs. shares the same "that is ridiculous" opinion of their stuff, so she doesn't want one.

It would be easier to tell you what I haven't bought mine :-/

But when you are stuck for birthday and xmas presents you can buy her another charm. This has been my lifesaver for the last 5 years.

See, this is where the danger lies ;)

A workmate in my last job, married for 15-odd years, bought his wife a new set of saucepans. She threw them at him.. one by one.

Got my Mrs a nice Links bracelet. Bit of tomfoolery never fails.

Dont want her with a set of arms like Mariusz Pudzianowski whens she's doing the baking.

ah a most valid answer and one id missed out on. i also have a list of charms that she likes, but mother in law decided to buy her 2 or 3 charms for christmas that wasnt on the list, knowing the misses they will go in the box, as i know 199% shes not going to like the new ones, but mummy in law wouldnt listen.

they look like instruments of torture !! you may have to get her some plasters aswell

My wifes friend is an artist and she wanted one of her paintings !! I've not seen it but it's probably something like this

Pablo%20Picasso.jpg

but not worth as much
