What do you obsess over?

I remember one time my drive finished about an inch short of a ditch, with trees in front, left of the fairway. I decided my only real option was to try and turn a wedge over and chip it left-handed back towards the fairway. I tried it, and just barely clipped the ball with the toe of the club, just enough to send it toppling down the bank into the ditch. :ROFLMAO:
This is precisely why I carry a left handed 7 iron. Can't hit it properly, of course, but can dolly the ball out to a better place than a penalty drop would get me.

Don't have a spot in the bag for such whimsy! Next time I'll just stand in the ditch and get wet feet.
In one of my first forays into golf I found my ball in murky water, surface just protruding. It was reachable so I got my club and took up my stance. My mate said "Don't be stupid!". I said "I saw it done on telly last week" (Langer?) He drew a little closer to observe.
30secs later cue both of us covered in slimy algae.
Lesson learned!

Whenever I've had to do this i've always used the back side of the putter it's a bigger target area and always worked.

You would not do that with my Never Compromise putter. The flat area is smaller then a ball the rest is 2 diagonals

Personally I use a wedge turned 180deg, still in my right hand with my back to the target.

Just realised to today I am obsessed with having a totally clear windscreen on the car.
Are you sure? ;)

I've got a rear-view mirror on the inside at the top, wiper blades on the outside at the bottom and a season ticket parking permit for Bradgate Park on the bottom left inside.
There is also a small clear clip on the right edge inside for placing a pay-and-display ticket.
