Money List Winner
Myself and a mate played in a matchplay knockout comp yesterday at Yeovil.
Its called the Ricketts cup,played over a couple of months if you get through the rounds.
We played 2 lovely guys[brothers] who we had to give 7+8 shots.
Won 5+4 so a nice start.
They insisted on buying the drinks after.
The course was in great condition for the time of year,and the weather was beautiful.
The greens were running very true and a pleasure to putt on.
Was the first time I had ever played there,in fact I never knew it was there even having
drove past it a 100 times.
A nice change from all the mud,trees and leaves of the home course.
