I decided to give my feet a rest today and not play.

Looking out the window the rain is coming down like stair rods, despite a forecast of dry weather.

forecast here was for Rain all day... so far been nice hardly a cloud in the sky and no wind... can't play today as too much on and Rupert needs looking after till the wife gets back:(

Public holiday for me, gorgeous weather and a nice social 4-ball this morning with everyone playing solid buffer golf

Happy diwali

I went down the club for a drink and a chat and found most of the lads had gone home.

They played to the 4th crossed over to the 12th and walked in off the 15th.

Played In a nine holer and when it rained it bladdered it down, when it stopped it was humidly warm. 16 points with a blob and two singles. God I could swear at this Flippin game. Was winning div when I left and course was empty.
Galvin green jacket did its best to keep me wet.

Turned up at the club at 11 to light rain as per forecast , then lovely from 12 until 4 and easily got 18 holes in during lovely mild weather. Then rained from 5ish. Weather forecast for this area was spot on
