weight gain

I haven't put anything on. Since sept I have lost about 20lbs and I wasn't massively overweight. Now weigh in at 11st 3lb. All down to eating lunch (typically brown bread sandwich, fruit) and eating dinner earlier with the kids around 6pm. Cycle anywhere from 10-30 miles per week to work (weather dependent). But I think the cycling just kick started the change, I haven't cycled to work in weeks and I am still losing weight...
 
tried to get a pair of trousers on this morning that my wife bought me for christmas and they would not fasten!!!!! the sickening thing is they are a 40 inch waiste!!! my golfing trousers from last year are all 34 inch waist and fitted like a glove,so as well as all the weight i have grown over 6 inches in my girth gutted and feeling disgusted about myself,role on the hospital telling me its ok to do a bit of training again.
 
Put on a little over Xmas, but it all starts again today. Goal for me this year is 14st but im confident I will make it.

Lost almost 2 stone in 4 months last year just eating healthy but was lax for the complete month of December and 7 lbs crept back on, I'm not fussed as this gives me a round number of 20 lbs to lose by the 1st of July, no problem!
 
Put on a stone in last 2 months due to over eating,no golf due to weather and being on a lot of work courses and eating in hotels. So wife and I are on a diet again.6ft 3 and 17st 10 not good.but after 4 days I'm 17st 5 so it's coming off at least.

they say for my weight my height should be 8ft 6in
