Weekly weigh in 16/01/12

A strange week, more exercise and 2 rounds of golf and eating very well calorie and dietry wise yet only got 2 lbs off. Still 9 and a bit lbs off in 16 days so far will do rightly, certainly easier now that I am in the swing of things.
 
Ive stayed pretty static this week due to a few days away in Paris midweek. But considering the food, im happy with static. Next week should be under 16 st (224 pounds). Good luck guys.....

I weighed myself yesterday after playing golf and I was 19st 6lbs. I've seemingly put on 2lbs over night ??

Your body weight will fluctuate on a daily basis. This is why you should weigh yourself once a week at roughly the same time.
 
Last week 16st 11lb

This week 16st 10lb

So a loss of 1lb which in all honesty was an acheivement seeing as it was the wifes birthday and ive been out for a meal 3 nights and have had two nights drinking as well as a cheeky pint at Portsalon after a round of golf with Chris:o

Now starts the real hard work and hope to lose a few pounds this week:mmm:
 
Last week - 17st 11lbs
This week - 17st 6 lbs

Very pleased, as I played yesterday, had a couple of pints in the Clubhouse a couple of more at home, my wife and kids had been at a dancing comp. so they bought in Domino`s (only had 4 slices and some garlic bread :whistle: )
 
4lbs off this week, down to 13'4, pretty blummin happy, but have work hard on eating better, and ni alcohol I would imagine it will be tougher this week, good luck chaps :)

15st 11 lbs this morning

5 lb in a week is OK by me. single figures next week - not my handicap ..my weight, the 11 will be 8 or 9 I hope!

Not been to strict yet eating wise of started the gym either. Played 4x9 hole rounds though. Had a few treats at weekend too.

Weight last week 23st 4lb
Weight as today 22st 10lb

8lb off in a week just eating a bit better and smaller portions than normal.
 
Sounds like some really excellent results guys so keep up the good work.

Try not to get too hung up on the numbers rather than how you feel and how your waistband feels !
