Cleveland, mizuno or vokeys for my money. Just the classic look with great feel and zip on the ball. All together they give you confidence over the ball. Just choose the right amount of bounce for your swing.

Depends on the kind of course you play and how deep/shallow you take your divots.

As a basic guide, if you play more on tight, firm links courses, then lower bounce is recommended to allow you to nip the ball of the turf. If you're on softer lusher parkland turf, a higher bounce is recommended to stop you digging into it.

However, those principels are only a starting point. It will also be governed by how you swing as Gareth said. Worth talking to a pro who can have a look at your swing to help you get the right bounce for your game.

i love my snake eyes,had my l/w for 6 yrs new grip every year and grooves done and keep them sharp on the course with a groove buddy it just feels like you can do no wrong with it use it in the bunkers when sands wet .
