Was at the driving range tonight so only had ball speeds but pretty consistent with all clubs. Just used wedges and few irons. PW ball speed was 94mph on average and 7iron was longest club I hit with ball speed 115 mph
115mph swing speed with a 7iron is a totally different game to whatI play.

Ball speed, quite clearly ball speed.

I don’t think his distances are all that shocking as some are making out.

I am limited by a shoulder injury but still have 100 yards with my 56, 110-115 with my 51 and 125-130 with my PW (Mizuno MP18 PW and S18 wedges).

Right ok. 110 yards with my 44 degree seems very short to those distances.

I get to play a lot of golf with lads Taught by Graham Walker (Tommy Fleetwoods coach). He like all his players to launch wedges into windows, normally with a flighted flight.
My wedge game has always been half decent, but consistency of flight and distance was off.
Worked on what he gets the lads to do and it’s paid off massively this year. A sniper on distances now.
SW (55*)- 105yds
GW (50*)- 115yds
PW (46*)- 125yds
