Metcheck are saying it's going to hose it down. 1 inch of rain and 21 mph winds.

BBC say it will be light rain and 9 mph winds.

Tomorrow, Metcheck says rain and 40 mph winds and BBC says no rain and 18mph winds.

Stupid websites. Make up your minds.

Do I start out today in my waterproofs or not?

And I'm happy to play in 18mph winds and no rain but I'm not playing in 40mph winds and rain. So, do I put my name down for tomorrow?

Anyone got any other decent website to have the casting vote? :D

To be honest, none of the ones I have used a great but I think the MetOffice is as good as any. Has been pretty good for my area this year for up to 36 hour forecasts

Re; tomorrow. If you get your weather from the West.....i.e. from over Ireland and then Wales, it's terrible and it's over ma hoose right now.
There's no cloud/rain on the satellite for here tomorrow, so I'm OK.....but will it have moved over yours by then?....I expect so.

YR.NO a rather useful site i used it to monitor the rather adverse weather we had during the winter... quite reliable i found!!

I'll try some of the others but MetCheck was rubbish today. I erred on the side of caution and went prepared for the worst. And, surprise, surprise, the worst never materialised.
