Warming up - what do you do?

Oh, b.t.w.
On my course, a good start is essential, the first 4 are decent par/birdie opp's for me. If I start with 4 bogeys, I'm in trouble.
At my "other" course, I don't expect to par either of the first 2, so I don't worry so much about the start there.

its important to warm up but not always hittting balls stretching etc but i would say to hit putts of short range always gives you positive stroke. and dont sink 12 pints the night b4.

I always get there early. Few stretches, few wedges to get the swing working and then a few shots going through the bag and finishin with the driver. Off to hit a few chips and bunker shots, back into the locker room to make sure I Have tees pencils etc, get my card, log into PSI and visit the facilities. Finish off with some putting, meet my partners and carve it OB off the 1st

Much the same for me, but usually pull it into a pond.

Oh and i don't do all that stuff before meeting my partners. :D

I had started going to the range and having a thorough warm up through the whole bag however the last two medals I have played circumstances have made me turn up too late to do this.
I have only been able to hit a few balls in the net and practice putting for 5 mins or so and guess what? I have played the best two rounds of the year without a good warm up.
What does that tell you?
