hi any 1 got a half descent set of irons for sale,a mate of mine has just taken the game up and tried it for a couple of months with a starter set, but now wants a better set,

Wont get a better GI club than the Ping eye 2 Irons, sooo easy to play with !!!!

I've got a set of Cobra SZ irons sitting in the garage which I was thinking of putting on the site, a GI set, regular shaft, but I'm not sure of the price at the moment. Not used a lot but a little wear, I had a little windfall and purchased the Pings instead.

I have a set of Cobra FP's 5-PW also with a Cleveland 56* wedge if that's any good. Can also throw in a Cobra II graphite shaft 3 and 4 iron (for no additional cost). All reg flex. The 5- PW have golf pride multi-compound red/black grips in excellent condition the 56* has same type of grip but in blue/black and is almost new as I re-gripped it a week before changing my wedge setup and only used it once. Might be able to get the SW for the set as well if interested.

They had been custom fitted for my bro who is 6' 2 and are slightly longer than standard but I played generally well (for me) with them and I'm 5' 10. In fact I won more society prizes with them than I have my new irons.

I may be looking to get rid of my Cleveland CG16s through loss on confidence in them. Perfectly good irons, 5-PW regular steel shafts only been used for a few months. Everything is standard except 2 layers of grip tape. £200 and I would part with them.
