Anyone got one of these and having speed issues?

I got mine in today and it's been slow as treacle despite an upgrade to 30Mpbs, it's slower now than when I was 1Mpbs?

I'm sorely tempted to send this thing back

I've got one, had it a couple of weeks. The speed can be variable, but in the main it's pretty quick. A couple of times our service has dropped out completely for an hour or so. Check out their website as it should tell you if you have service issues in your area

Most providers have a stabilisation period Val, usually 10 days where they alter the speeds to ensure best connection. Not 100% sure if that's the case for fibre though.

Greg, I've been with them on BB for 10 years and just changed to the hub from modem and router separately. They will get till tomorrow then a call is getting made to cancel within the 7 day cool off.

Serious speed issues, was going great tonight before I changed the equipment

Might be a firmware issue, maybe needs updating.

Had mine in a couple of weeks and speed is fine, although the wifi range is worse than the old netgear router!

She does telephony but the bloke next to her does Broadband.

A call to the middle east call centre had my settings all adjusted and now all sorted. A work colleague told me forums are full of these superhub issues so fingers crossed I'm sorted permanently

i retract my previous post as mine has just gone mental. The wifes phone was struggling to connect and kept dropping the wi-fi after opening a page etc, thought it was her phone but reset the new hub and now mines the same!! bloody things.
