Maybe one for our resident caddie, but how do pro’s keep a scorecard? I think I have seen them with a little slip of paper which is obviously the scorecard but do they score themselves or one of the others in the group? Never seen a pro ask his playing partner “was that a 4 there.”

Dpwt seem to use a simplified paper version of a typical scorecard (a lot less info on it)
They mark their own score and the player they're marking for
It has a tear off slip for when in recoders office
They know the FC score for a hole as well as they know their own and one of the group will also tell the score keeper that sits on exit to every green so that scoreboards can be updated during play
Recorders office was the only place my access pass wouldn't get me into

Been a big battle round for Scheffler

Rory been all over the shop.. 2 out of 14 fairways...
Scheffler hasnt been much better but has managed to get it to a couple under with a good back 9...

Stage is set for Bryson this afternoon if he drives it as good as the stats say he has been well he should be up there

Think he will be ahead of Scottie and be favourite by end of the day

That goes against the narrative that he would now be unburned from the pressure of winning another major and start to play like a golfing god.

He has a bad round every tournament - and if he doesn't, he tends to do well. It defines the guy, but he'll bounce back tomorrow.

He drove it poorly on the last day at Augusta but kept finding windows through the trees. Tbf some of the recovery shots were incredible but on another day he wouldn't of had the options.

Nice little bit of sniping there.

Coulthard starts the ball rolling with a dig at Americans, aimed at Rich Beem, who nips it in the bud by agreeing wholeheartedly with him.

Coulthard has another pop when Keegan Bradley drops a shot and falls 1 behind Luke Donald. Beem responds with something about reading on the internet that nobody likes Coulthard, and Laura Davies interjects with "you don't need the internet to know that".
