So, I started golfing two years ago and I am really starting to get into it. As a result I am looking to slowly throughout the year upgrade my clubs, currently I have nearly a whole R7 CGB Max set bought under advisement from a friend.
My clubs are
R7 CGB Max Driver / #3 wood
R7 21' Hybrud
R7 CGB Max Irons 4-SW (Graphite Regular)
Newport 2
====
So as you can see, I pretty much went the TaylorMade route and I am probably going to continue for the most part unless otherwise advised.
My primary concern is my Irons, I bought them with Regular Graphite shafts against the better advice I was given and I now understand why. The shaft is just so flexible and bendy and it just removes all my confidence in the club at address.
I have been looking at the Burner 2.0's and the R9's, both with stiff steel shafts. So I was wondering if any of you have used these clubs, and what your opinions of them are especially with regards to a high handicap player.
Thank you in advance
